Madeira Van (madeiravan.com) is an online booking platform operated by HexIQ Inc. (United States). The actual transport service — driver, vehicle, route — is provided by AKCC Taxi and Tours (Antonio De Agrela) in Calheta, Madeira. By placing a booking you agree to these terms.
All bookings are paid in full at the time of booking through our payment processor, SumUp. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received and you get a confirmation email. Prices include all taxes and fees.
Full refund up to 24 hours before pickup. No refund within 24 hours of pickup. See the cancellation policy for the full details.
AKCC Taxi and Tours is the licensed operator responsible for the trip — timing, route, vehicle condition, and driver conduct. If anything about the trip itself needs attention before, during, or after, reach Antonio directly on WhatsApp at +351 939 573 747.
Neither HexIQ nor AKCC Taxi and Tours is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (missed flights, lost connections, weather-related delays outside our control, etc.). Direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking.

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, where the transport service is delivered.
We may update these terms over time. The version published at the time you place a booking is the version that applies to that booking.
